“Three C’s is a phrase invented by Japanese government to cope with the pandemic;

#1 Kamigamo shrine 上賀茂神社
Kamigamo shrine is not famous for autumn leaves though we can admire lots of beautiful ones there. I’m sure you can find beautiful photos of red leaves in websites, magazines, tourists guide and so on.
We say “red” but some may say “vermilion.”
Actually, most of them are retouched with photo apps and there are a few places to see bright red ones.
Kamigamo shrine is a tranquil place and we can see autumn leaves hearing murmuring of a stream.
The stream is called Narano Ogawa. Saioh dai Gyokei no Gi, the most famous event held prior to Aoi Matsuri festival,takes place there every other year.
Enjoy the video!
Especially in week days, there a few visitors.

Kyoto Gyoen park 京都御苑
Kyoto Gyoen is a large park. It is 1300 meter long and 700 meter wide. There used to be residences of Court Nobles in the area. Now it is a National park and has lots of plants. In autumn, fallen Gingko leaves make huge yellow carpets.
